We are seeking short-form video creators to film and edit original content, evaluate AI-generated video outputs, and help teach AI models the nuances of creative video production — all from a fully remote, flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for short-form video creators to help teach AI how to edit and evaluate creative video content.
You may contribute your expertise by:
Filming your own short clips and editing them into a creative, polished output video
Writing detailed descriptions of your edits, including labels, timing, and style
Evaluating and ranking video editing outputs generated by AI models
Assessing the creativity and quality of domain-specific video content
Ideal Qualifications
Experience editing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or iMovie
Comfortable filming your own original material and exporting clean .mp4 or .mov files
Ability to write clearly and specifically about your editing choices in fluent English
A background in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field is a plus

** Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates apply. Additional incentives data is based on payments made in the past six months and is updated quarterly. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
