Design a problem: Draw on your professional or academic expertise to design genuinely difficult, realistic problems for models to complete.
Develop solutions to the problem: Write a correct, verified solution yourself, along with an automated checker script that can grade an AI's output as right or wrong.
Challenge leading models against your problem: Test your task against frontier AI models (e.g., Claude, GPT) to confirm they struggle with or fail it, since the goal is to find problems that genuinely stump top models.
Refine and finalize: Iterate on the problem, solution, and checker based on model performance to improve difficulty, clarity, and reliability.

** Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates apply. Additional incentives data is based on payments made in the past six months and is updated quarterly. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
