What are we looking for
As a creative expert on Outlier, you turn your existing professional work into the high-quality, ground-truth data that trains frontier AI.
Share finished, professional-grade artifacts from your existing portfolio — real client or production-caliber work, not drafts or templates.
Provide context for each piece — your role, the tools used, the brief, and your process.
Submit work for team review — compensation ranges from $50 to $1,500 based on complexity of the project and domain.
Retain the Full ownership or licensing rights of the project — You own the project outright, or hold clear licensing rights to it.
