We are seeking Dermatology experts to create clinically rigorous prompts, evaluate model responses for medical accuracy, and ensure frontier AI adheres to the highest standards of scientific reasoning — all from a fully remote, flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilites
As a Dermatology expert on Outleir, you will be creating the high-fidelity, ground-truth data used to validate clinical knowledge in complex medical domains.
Create image-dependent prompts that require real-world clinical judgment and synthesis
Review and analyze model responses for clinical soundness, scientific rigor, and relevance
Provide scientific rigor oversight to ensure that frontier models adhere to the highest standards of formal verification and accuracy
Common Tasks
Write simple prompts that will act as a starting point for AI models
Correct AI-models chain of thought
Correct AI-models chain of thought
Review, analyze, and rank AI-models chains of thought for correctness and approach
Ideal Qualifications
Medical Degree: MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent from an accredited medical program and a residency, fellowship, or strong focus in Dermatology.
Clinical Experience: Hands-on experience in a healthcare setting; strong preference for practicing or recently practicing clinicians.
English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing, with minimal language errors. Analytical Skill: Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate medical content for accuracy and logical flow.

What I like most about Outlier.ai? I can work whenever I want, late in the evening or early in the morning. When a project is done I automatically receive other projects when available. Also if you show high quality you can move up the ladder from contributor, reviewer, quality control too.... Quality is appreciated and you can earn bonuses regularly depending on the project you are in.
