What you will be doing
We are looking for proficient language experts to help teach AI how to understand, interpret, and generate natural, high-quality content in German
Assess AI-generated content for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and contextual appropriateness.
Create and answer questions to help train AI language models.
Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses based on clarity, correctness, and naturalness.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated content

What we’re looking for
Native fluency in German and English, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, spelling, and cultural nuances.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in humanities field or writing.
Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
Ability to critically evaluate and provide feedback on text for clarity, tone, and correctness.
Comfortable working independently and following detailed guidelines.
Nice to Haves:
Experience as a professional translator.
Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
