Overview
What you will be doing
We are looking for highly skilled Machine Learning Engineers to help train generative AI models on real-world ML systems and architecture concepts
Creating and answering technical questions related to deep learning model design, training, and optimization.
Evaluating and explaining code implementing complex ML blocks, such as Transformers, ConvNeXt modules, MLP/GLU layers, and attention mechanisms.
Reviewing and critiquing AI-generated PyTorch implementations for efficiency, correctness, and maintainability.
Explaining best practices for GPU utilization, kernel fusion, profiling, and model performance improvements.
Helping AI systems understand how expert engineers reason about architecture trade-offs, scaling, and hardware efficiency.

What we’re looking for
A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related computational field.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing and optimizing deep learning models in PyTorch (e.g., Transformers, CNNs, diffusion models).
Strong understanding of model architecture, training dynamics, and inference optimization.
Familiarity with GPU performance concepts, such as memory I/O efficiency, CUDA kernels, or PyTorch profiling tools.
The ability to read and reason about research-level model code and articulate detailed technical feedback.
Clear written communication and an eye for detail—able to describe complex ML behaviors and trade-offs precisely.
