Outlier is a different kind of company
We believe that success in life and success in business are not separate things, but intertwined as part of our lives. It is important to us that the journey we take with our company is as positive as the destination we hope to reach.
Our Values“We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need.”
The humans behind Outlier
We understand how companies use data to make decisions because we have been the data scientists, data analysts and leaders at the forefront of those decisions. After years of manual business analysis, we decided there should be a better way. That led each of us to Outlier.
