Upward Trends in Western Europe
Spain just saw a big increase of 42% over expected. They have seen at many as 8,600 new cases confirmed daily this week. Their upward trend has been going on since July 20th.
Norway is seeing an increase in the number of cases too. Their total numbers are still low, but they have seen a 35% increase over expected and this trend started on July 30th. Travel rules have been tightened further.
Good News in Latin America
El Salvador is getting things under control and sees the amount of newly confirmed cases drop. Most recently the drop was 14% lower than expected. Yet airports are still closed for commercial flights.
Dominican Republic is on a downward trend and is currently 11% lower than expected.
