Alberta Canada had flattened their curve, but new data shows that they have a spike of 86% higher than expected.
More Declining Numbers Worldwide
India is seeing a drop in the number of new cases. Their new figures represent 8% of the confirmed cases in the world and are 10% below expected. The country is opening up restaurants, shopping malls and places of worship today.
Mexico is also seeing a decline in the number of newly confirmed cases. The current number is 3% below expected.
Illinois continues to see a decrease in their newly confirmed cases. The trend that started on May 13th is 8% below expected, and the state only has 4% of the newly confirmed cases from yesterday. Even still, the city of Chicago is working to slow the spread.
Cook County, home of Chicago, continues to lead the decline.
