Oakland, CA – December 7, 2018 – Outlier, a pioneer in Automated Business Analysis, today announced the appointment of Doug Mitarotonda Head of Analytics and Andrea Spillmann-Gajek to Head of Customer Success.
Doug Mitarotonda will lead the analytics team, helping customers better interpret, leverage, and immediately apply their insights to deliver positive business outcomes. Mitarotonda is a data analytics veteran, with over a decade of experience in domains such as sports and live entertainment, electric power industry, and climate change policy. In his role as the Head of Customer Development at Outlier over the last three years, he has worked side-by-side with customers to improve the timeliness and actionability of data analysis, pinpoint and address problems and hidden opportunities, and seamlessly manage integrations with dozens of cloud and on-premise data sets.

Andrea Spillmann-Gajek is also joining the Outlier Executive team as the Head of Customer Success. Over the past decade, she has not only gained extensive experience working with Fortune 500 customers and government agencies, but also focused on driving user adoption and value across verticals ranging from mobile health in the developing world to large-scale enterprise SaaS. Most recently, Andrea scaled and led Customer Success at Captricity, as a member of the founding team and SVP of Customer Success.
